Interested in visiting on a Sunday morning? Great! We meet Sunday mornings at 10:45 in the worship center, just off the main lobby. If you’re running a few minutes late, that’s okay – come on in anytime. If you’d like, you can also come at 9:30 and take part in one of the small groups that meet for Sunday School.
As for attire, just wear what you are comfortable wearing. At Brookville Alliance Church (BAC), you might see the occasional jacket or tie, while most others prefer to dress more casually. At BAC, we believe it’s more important that you connect with God than what you are wearing when you do, so you’ll find no dress code here.
Officially founded on January 6, 1980, BAC continues to bring God’s Word to children, teens, and adults in practical and applicable ways. We desire to follow Jesus’ example of compassion, love, and welcome as we reach out to our friends, family members, neighbors, and world. Would you like to be part of the BAC family? Check us out on Facebook, on the web, and of course, in person.
BAC is a part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. To learn more about the Alliance, check out www.cmalliance.org or contact the church wither by calling (814)849-7500 or emailing the church office at office@brookvillealliancechurch.com – we’ll be looking forward to hearing from you!
FAQs
What should I wear? Clothes. Really! Whatever you are comfortable wearing, whether jeans and a T-shirt or a suit and tie. You’re likely to see a broad range of attire on any given Sunday at BAC, and that’s just fine. Some people prefer to dress a little more formally, while others like to keep it casual. We’re good with both. Just be here!!!
What’s the parking situation? Currently, our parking lot is a tar and chip lot with a blacktop ramp. Every parking place is close to the front doors, or if you prefer, there is a car port you can pull up under to let your passengers out if you wish.
What weekly meetings are there? Sunday morning features Sunday School small groups which meet at 9:30. The regular Sunday morning worship service begins at 10:45. Evening services and small group meetings occur regularly. Contact the church office at (814)849-7500 for further information.
What sort of music should I expect? At BAC, we desire to honor time-tested, traditional hymns as well as modern worship songs, and we often have nearly as many of one as of the other during a given service. Typically, instrumentation will include guitar and/or piano lead along with drums and often, bass guitar accompaniment. NOTE – BAC is currently seeking talented musicians to join the worship team.
